(i) The surrounding environment should be clean. Air and water-borne diseases will not spread.
(ii) Personal hygiene prevents infectious diseases.
(iii) Proper, sufficient nourishment and food is necessary for good immune system of our body.
(iv) Immunisation against severe diseases.
